Networking Lies: The High Cost of Low Trust in Network Marketing

Top Earners may have told you that their success did not happen overnight— it’s true. And they might have told you that they started just like you—no they didn’t. That’s where the truth ends and the lie begins. The truth is, most top earners in certain networking companies were already top earners in their last networking company. Sound’s bogus? Try to search your famous number 1 top earner in the internet and you’ll see.

And their downlines just followed them in their next company; that’s why their network grew fast. They blind you with their success. They’ll say “If they can do it, you can do it too!”
As the lines go down—and because they have to withhold this secret from you—they start to resort to lies.

A team of Liars

They tell you they were once like you. They started with 4 people after inviting 20 (it was true on their first networking company BTW, but not here) so they’ll tell you to invite and invite: setting you up to fail.
Now here’s the problem with that; first of all it started with deceit; second, only the top 20% get most of the money and the remaining 80% loses. In other statistics only 3% becomes millionaires. A team like this cannot grow.

Let me show you. The first 20% made a lot of money. The company closes down. 80% stood on the losing end. The first 20% transferred to another networking opportunity, they might entice others to follow but it will have a limit, some people could only be fooled once, especially those who failed hard. Let’s say they grew to another 40%, the company closes down, and now what’s the 20% of 40%? 8% their numbers dwindle. And people no longer trust them. There is an end in how many people you can fool.

A team built on Trust

Now imagine if a team is built on trust? Imagine if you tell your people the whole story and actually train them to be successful leaders? Imagine if we can train you to actually keep your people?
On the first step we emphasize honesty right away. If you can see the hurdles for what they really are, then you can jump over them successfully.

A short story to show my point:  If you’re from Cebu and it’s your first time in Manila and you’re trying to get to one place—let’s say your mother’s house. She sent you a map, and because of some confusion, it wasn’t a map of manila, it’s a map of Cavite. You could think positive. And think that you’re not lost. You could be happy all day, but the fact is—you’re still lost. You could be determined, you could run, and find your mother as fast as you can. The point is you’ll just be lost faster.
Positive thinking and determination doesn’t matter if what you believe is false. A lie is a lie, you can’t argue that an apple is a banana. But if you know the truth, positive thinking and determination will be important.
If we build our team on trust, then our 20% will not stay at twenty percent, it will grow bigger and bigger; because we work with people we love and trust with all our hearts.

We will succeed because we train you on true business ethics that will empower you and your people.

We will make you true leaders.

Leaders that people will follow willingly.

We will build a Networking Team that will transcend a Networking company
